             Selected for this contract to provide 3rd level support to multiple in-house project deployments in Test, UAT  and Live environments.

             Built multiple Windows 2003 Servers – On Physical and VMware ESX Hosts.

             Prepared Technical Installation documentation for deployed systems

             Automated manual Win2003 build

             Provided 3rd line support to business, supporting multiple server domains – UK Wide.

             Installed and configured upgraded HP System Insight Manager (SIM) to BarclaysWealth UK Server estate.

             Selected for this contract to perform migration of legacy school infrastructure to new supplier - Dell Computers.

             Proactively recommending automation of account creation to improve operational efficiency.

 July 2001 – September 2002        Directline (Royal Bank of Scotland) – Glasgow   Exchange Engineer

              Selected for this contract to perform migration of Lotus Notes Email System to Microsoft Exchange, for 1,100 users based in three sites. Identified as having exceptional skill replacing existing Project Engineers allocated to the project.

             Played a key role in planning and authoring of technical specifications.

             Built replacement email NT4 Servers and migrating of data.

             Authored full Disaster Recovery process.

             Provided support for Network, Email, Internet and backup infrastructure until transition to support team.

              Headhunted for this position acting as site lead for email migration project.
